When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Jellyblo reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. Your order must be confirmed by Jellyblo for it to be valid. Our order must be received and processed before your order is accepted. Please carefully review your order before submitting it. Once your order is accepted, JellyBlo may not accept requests to cancel the order. If we do not accept, change or cancel the order, we will attempt to contact you through the email, billing address and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.
Your purchase can only be returned or exchanged according to our refund policy .
You declare and warrant that your purchase is for personal or family use and is not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotional activities may change without prior notice. The price of products or services is the effective price at the time of placing the order and will be listed in the confirmation email of your order. Unless otherwise specified, the indicated price does not include taxes, shipping fees, processing fees, tariffs or import fees.
The prices published in our online store may differ from those in physical stores, online stores operated by third parties or other stores. We may from time to time offer service promotions, which may affect pricing and are subject to the terms of these service terms. If the promotional terms conflict with these terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.
You agree to provide us with the latest, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information when making a purchase at our store. Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery
We shall not be liable for any delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We shall not be responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss are transferred to you.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property
Our services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, display content, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, as well as their designs, selections and arrangements, are owned by Jellyblo, its affiliates or authorized parties and are protected by US and foreign patents, copyrights and other intellectual property laws.
This clause only allows you to use the services for personal non-commercial purposes. Without our prior written consent, you shall not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, perform, re-release, download, store or transmit any materials in the service. Nothing in this clause shall be construed as granting you any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property license or other rights from Jellyblo, Shopify or any third party. Using this service without authorization may violate federal and state intellectual property laws.

Section 7 - Optional Tools
You may have access to the use of customer tools provided by third parties. These tools are part of the service, but we do not monitor or control them and cannot intervene in any way.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools in their "as is" and "as available" manner, without any guarantees, statements or conditions, and without any recognition. For any liability arising from or related to your use of any optional third-party tools, we shall not be liable.
Using any optional third-party tool provided by this website is at your own risk and at your own discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with and agree to the terms of the third-party provider of the tool.

JellyBlo is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are directly conducted with JellyBlo. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspects of any sales conducted between you and JellyBlo, including any injuries, damages or losses resulting from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly waive Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases or transactions with Jellyblo.

You agree that your feedback will not infringe any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or member rights. You also agree that your feedback shall not contain defamatory or other illegal, abusive or obscene content, nor shall it contain any computer viruses or other malicious software that may affect the operation of the service or any related website. You shall be solely responsible for any feedback you provide and its accuracy. We shall not be liable for any feedback you or any third party publishes, nor shall we have any legal obligations.

In addition, you agree not to: (1) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may affect the functionality or operation of the service; (2) copy, duplicate, extract, sell, resell or use any part of the service; (3) collect or track the personal information of others; (4) send spam, phishing, deceptive or abusive emails or abuse the service; (5) use any robots, web crawlers, scrapers, data collection and extraction tools, automatic devices or processes, AI tools (such as agent-based AI), or access the service manually or automatically; or (6) interfere with, bypass or circumvent the security, authorization functions, robot exclusion headers or other measures we have taken to restrict access to the service. If we believe that you have violated any part of these terms, we have the right to suspend, disable or terminate your account at any time without prior notice.

14.1 If you use, allow, enable or cause the deployment of an agent to access, use any service or interact with any service, then this section (the "Agent Clause") applies. 14.1 If you use, permit, enable, or cause the deployment of an agent to access, use any service, or interact with any service, this section (the "Agent Terms") shall apply. "Agent" refers to any software or service that can act on behalf of any individual or entity or take autonomous or semi-autonomous actions in accordance with the instructions of any individual or entity, and can execute or use an individual's device on behalf of the individual or entity's equipment without direct supervision.
14.2 Any agent shall not access, use a service, or interact with it unless it always indicates its identity and operates strictly in accordance with the requirements of Section 14.4 below. We may, at our discretion, terminate this agreement or your access to the service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice, but you shall still be liable for all amounts due as of the termination date (including the date itself).
After the termination of the terms, the following sections remain in effect: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination Terms, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity Terms, Severability Terms, Waiver Terms; Complete Agreement, Assignment Terms, Applicable Law, Privacy Policy, and any other terms that should remain valid after the termination of the agreement.

The information provided through this service is for general reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or practicality of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is entirely at your own risk. Section 17 - Limitation of Liability
Within the limits permitted by law, Jellyblo, our partners, directors, managers, employees, alliances, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors, as well as Shopify and its affiliates, shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any form of direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of income, loss of savings, data loss, replacement costs or any similar damages, regardless of whether they are based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or other legal causes, arising from your use of any service or the products obtained through the service, or any other claims related to your use of the service or any product, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the content, or any form of loss or damage resulting from the use of the service or the transmission, or other ways of providing, of any content (or product) through the service, even if you have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

Article 18 - Compensation
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Jellyblo, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, managers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any loss, damage, liability or claim that you may have to pay to a third party (including reasonable attorney's fees), arising from the circumstances described above (1) your violation of this Service Terms or any documents incorporated by reference thereto; (2) your infringement of any law or the rights of any third party; or (3) your access and use of the service.
We will notify you of any claims that require compensation, but if you fail to receive the notice in a timely manner, this will not relieve your liability for compensation, unless you suffer substantial damages. We can control the defense and settlement of such claims, and the costs will be borne by you, including the selection of lawyers, but without your consent (you may not unreasonably refuse), we will not settle any claims that require you to undertake non-monetary obligations. You should cooperate in defending any claims that require compensation, including providing relevant documents.

Article 19 - Separability
If any provision of this Service Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable part shall be deemed to be separated from this Service Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

This Service Terms, as well as any separate agreements we provide to you for the service, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and bind your use of the service, superseding any previous or concurrent oral or written agreements, communications and proposals (including but not limited to any previous versions of the Service Terms).
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Service Terms shall not be construed against the drafter.

Article 21 - Assignment
Without our prior written consent, you may not assign, transfer or delegate this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under this clause, and any such attempt shall be invalid. We may transfer, assign or delegate this clause and our rights and obligations without obtaining your consent or notification.

Article 22 - Governing Law
These Service Terms and any separate agreements we provide to you for the service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal and state or local courts of the jurisdiction where the headquarters of JellyBlo is located. You and JellyBlo agree to be tried in such courts and accept the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the terms of this clause.

We have the right to independently decide to update, modify or replace any part of this service terms by posting updates and changes on our website.
